    3. Recruitment & Screening
    Our team will handle the recruitment process for you—from job postings to screening applicants. We’ll create a shortlist of qualified candidates so you can focus only on meeting the best options.

    4. Interviews
    You’ll have the chance to meet and interview the shortlisted candidates to make sure they’re the right fit for your team. We encourage video interviews to create a strong connection from the start.

    5. Hiring & Onboarding
    Once you’ve chosen your match, we’ll assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition. We help set expectations and provide the tools you need to start working effectively together.

    6. Work & Grow Together
